USM Student and Faculty ID Cards Ready for Collection

USM Student and Faculty ID Cards will be available for collection from September 23 at the Marketing Office. Those who completed the online registration and submitted their picture can collect their cards during the designated hours.
The University of St. Martin is pleased to announce that Student and Faculty ID Cards will be available for collection beginning Thursday, September 24, 2026, from the USM Marketing Office.
Students and faculty members who completed the online ID registration process and submitted their picture may collect their cards during the following hours:
Thursday, September 24: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday, September 25: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Monday, September 28: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Only ID cards for individuals who completed the required registration and submitted their picture will be available for collection during these times.
USM encourages students to collect their cards as soon as possible. The USM Student ID serves as official identification as a member of the University community and can also be used to access benefits through the growing USM Student Discount Program, with participating businesses offering special discounts and benefits to students who present a valid USM Student ID.
Missed the Registration Deadline?
Students or faculty members who did not complete the online registration process, did not submit the required picture, or otherwise missed the ID registration deadline should email a passport-style picture along with their full name to marketing@usm.sx.
The picture should be clear, front-facing, and taken against a plain background to ensure it is suitable for use on the ID card.
USM thanks students and faculty for their cooperation throughout the ID registration process and looks forward to ensuring that members of the University community have their official identification for the 2026–2027 academic year.
