On Friday, November 4, the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science (OCW), the University of St. Martin (USM), and the University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the Teacher Training Program in Saba and Sint Eustatius.
